2011 Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade

Auction Donation Form

Thank you for donating an item to the Christmas Boat Parade Awards Dinner and Auction to be held on January 27, 2012 at the Balboa Bay Club and Resport. Please keep the following in mind when putting together your item donation:

  • An individual item should have a minimum retail value of $150 (hopefully much more!)
  • When donating multiple items, each should be distinctive and unique from the other (ie. Donating two photography packages: one family sitting by the ocean, and one childrens’ photo sitting in-studio.)
  • Some suggested items include the following: unique/ hard to find items or experiences (ie. signed art or sports memorabilia) travel excursions, weekend getaways, rare jewelry, art, fine dining gift certificates, a round of golf or tickets to a show.
  • Keep in mind, donations consisting of products tend to be more popular than business related services (ie. Financial planning, consultations, etc.)

The Deadline for inclusion in the event program is Thursday, January 12, 2012. Just fill out the information below. Please eMail or mail brochures, etc. to help us market your item.
